Quality Manager - responsible for quality programs at project site. Experience with quality programs in construction required. Transit Authority project experience a plus, but not required. Field/Project Engineers - responsibilities include management of subcontractors and GC work, developing list of required submissions for assigned work, collection and review of submissions, monitors construction of assigned subcontractor’s work, AWO’s (pricing and scope development), material purchasing, RFI’s, subcontractor payment requisition management, review of invoices regarding vendors/materials; competencies should include Windows, Primavera Expedition, Primavera P3, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, 30 hour OSHA, NYCTA track safety.

Project Managers - responsibilities include staff development, coordination of subcontractors and GC work, scheduling and planning (CPM work, short and long term project plans, etc.), cost control, labor relations (manage all on-site labor issues), coordination and processing of payments, coordination of jobsite cost accounting and main office accounting, purchasing, management of contracts and P.O.’s, identify and accelerate submissions and deliveries of priority items with regards to GC and subcontractor work and owner responsibilities, and implementation of project management procedures in accordance with company guidelines; competencies should include Windows, Primavera Expedition, Primavera P3, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, 30 hour OSHA, NYCTA track safety.

Superintendents - responsibilities include materials ordering and purchase order writing, daily report completion, management of material deliveries and ticket collection, daily quantities and cost coding from field operations, field redlining of drawings for As Builts, permit management; competencies should include Windows, Primavera Expedition, Primavera P3, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, 30 hour OSHA, NYCTA track safety.
